Internal Communications Executive - Solihull based - Hybrid Working
Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting for an Internal Communications Executive to join a global engineering company as part of their HR and Communications team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and delivery of clear, actionable, and inspiring communications campaigns that drive employee engagement and performance.
Up to £35k
Your new role
I am looking for a creative communications professional with significant internal communications experience. You'll have a flair for co-ordinating campaigns and excel at writing engaging and informative content.
Key responsibilities
* Support the Head of Precision Communications with the development and execution of internal communications plans and activities for the division
* Create communications material to support key strategic activities such as growth initiatives
* Produce professional and compelling content for a range of communications channels including articles, videos, and emailers
* Manage the day-to-day running of Workplace for the division
* Manage the distribution of internal announcements including assistance with copywriting when needed
* Support with project management and content creation for key events including a yearly conference and regional events
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in internal communications
* Ability to write communications materials for a wide range of audiences
* Ability to manage, prioritise and deliver a diverse workload
* Experience with internal social media platforms
* Understanding of Canva
* Comfortable working across all levels of a global company
* Flexible to respond to changes quickly
* Demonstrates a consistently proactive approach
* Fluent English essential, with additional European languages an advantage
* Video editing and graphic design (Preference)
