Campaign Specialist / Direct Marketing / Project Management

Your new company
You will be working for a high profile, global charity in their UK Head Office in Woking. This purpose built, modern, eco friendly building reflects the organisation and the work they undertake inside.

Your new role

* Project manage legacy and in Memory marketing activities, including but not limited to; direct mail, telephone and advertising campaigns, management of legacy web pages and social/digital activity
* Champion legacies internally using multiple channels to drive a cultural shift towards legacies as a vital income stream
* Working closely with the Legacy and In Memory Supporter Manager to support
the extensive Legacy pledger and regional engagement events including but not limited to; organising content and briefing speakers, inviting supporters, helping the events team in choosing venues and all other relevant activities as required by the Senior Legacy and In Memory Manager
* Liaise with various teams across the organisation to obtain relevant information and approvals required for campaign delivery
* Liaise with and update all internal stakeholders coordinating sign off and appropriate feedback for campaigns i.e. brand and media, global programmes
* Brief the internal teams for the extraction, supply, return and analysis of data for assigned direct marketing and Legacy campaigns

What you'll need to succeed

* Legacy fundraising experience
* Fundraising or marketing experience
* Demonstrated ability to manage and allocate resources effectively to meet work plan objectives
* Experience of successfully developing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
* Understanding of digital media and the use of digital channels for marketing communications
* Experience of developing and implementing direct marketing campaigns using multiple channelsKnowledge of fundraising regulation including, telephone regulation, PCIDSS, UK Charity Law, Gambling Commission and Data Protection legislation and policy
* Motivated self-starter looking to apply their energy and enthusiasm to seek out new and inspiring ways to build long term engagement with our supporters
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Project management skills able to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
