About You:

You’ll be an exceptional social media marketer who is passionate about your work and equally as passionate about travel.

You need to have proven experience creating results across multiple platforms. But, you also need to be excellent at influencing others to do great marketing. For us, it’s more about helping our homeworkers (franchisees) create campaigns and increase their sales.

You’ll need to be a gifted communicator who knows how to help the right people to say the right thing to in the right way at the right time.

A year from now you will have had a great year if you move the needle on these three metrics:

+ 33% increase in the number of customers originating from social media
+ Nominated for and won awards for our social media strategy
+ Number of franchisees with active and engaged social audiences

The Role:

You’ll be creating strategy and leading a team whose objective is to increase holidays sales through our travel consultants. You will be working alongside the Head of Marketing to achieve this.

You’ll be responsible for both managing our overall social presence which supports all business activities as well as creating a strategy and programme to help our franchisees grow sales.

Think of it a bit like managing the entire Starbucks social media campaign. You’ve got to create an overarching social campaign for the brand and the company, as well as a strategy that works for each individual Starbucks store.

You’ll have access to our marketing, sales and training teams to support your role.

Here is where we see you need experience to kick ass at this role:

+ A proven history of results within social media
+ Be able to get excited about and even teach the very latest trends to the marketing team
+ A great knowledge of the social sector and the different platforms we would need to be present on.
+ Understanding people, behaviours and messaging that creates actions
+ Being able to create strategies which deliver to targets
+ Creating compelling social media campaigns that get talked about
+ Inspiring greatness from a team
+ Being able to plan creative campaigns which link video, graphics, social, print and word of mouth
+ Understanding the latest pay per click and social media marketing techniques so that you know if someone else is good, bad or indifferent.
+ Be able to create a killer strategy for engagement
+ Know how to create funnels which generate high ROI and know how to plug holes in existing funnels or processes.
+ Be able to dive into analytics, find quick wins, improvements and be able to share to stakeholders why actions are being taken and where improvements have been made.
+ Know how to analysis competitor activities
+ Know how to create awesome graphics and media that gets attention
+ Be able to deliver results to budget
