Our client, global organisation based in Surrey are looking for Senior Marketing Campaign Executive to join their business on a permanent basis.
Within the role you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication campaigns to support the strategic objectives of business. You have a digital first mind-set, are passionate about marketing and delivering campaigns which drive ROI.
Your new role
As the Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will develop marketing communication strategies and deliver targeted customer acquisition campaigns that support the strategic objectives of the business. You will also develop professional and engaging media rich content to support customer engagement for lead generation and market positioning for establishing and increasing market awareness.
Working with the wider Marketing Communications Team and external agencies, you will utilise your knowledge and experience of marketing communications to expertly develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns through the most appropriate channels to increase awareness within an established customer base, and launch new products to those customers. You will have autonomous ownership of your own campaigns, largely product and brand-awareness campaigns within a targeted market sector, therefore you will utilise lead generation/ account-based marketing tactics using relevant systems - email marketing, CRM tools ie Salesforce etc. The campaigns you execute will include tactical activity across email marketing, content, social media, PPC, display ads etc. therefore your role will be fully end-to-end integrated campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed
Robust end-to-end campaign planning and execution abilities from scoping, briefing, creating integrated campaign plans to executing and reporting.
Strong stakeholder and agency management skills, alongside budgetary management.
Ability to create, implement and monitor online and offline B2B marketing campaigns.
Understanding of digital marketing and how to apply it as part of an integrated campaign; channels will include PPC, Display Ads, Social Media, Email etc. You will utilise agency assistance in the set-up of digital channels, but you will need a broad knowledge of digital channels yourself to select the most effective, and critically evaluate agency performance.
Use of analytics and reporting to support evaluation of campaign effectiveness and decision making
Ability to identify best fit strategy to meet campaign objectives (e.g. Awareness, Retention, Growth strategies)
Ability to evaluate and select the most suitable media and channels to ensure messaging is effectively delivered to target audiences.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively project manage multiple concurrent campaigns
