The client are looking for a Market Insights & Analytics Manager to join their alliance of people, brands and partners working together, as one team, to achieve more for patients, healthcare providers, business partners and investors. Your new role

You will be required to Manage the sources and analysis of market data and partner with brand/business owners to develop insight led strategies and execution plans to grow Alliance priority brands. You'll capture Group-wide market data needs and create a global data plan to manage procurement of data to an annual budget. You will champion the integration of market data with relevant systems, priorities and resources. You'll be able to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources. You'll be required to produce actionable insights that help influence and inform brand and business strategy. You will design, maintain and issue regular data reports and dashboards across the business. You'll be responsible for identifying, monitoring and communicating market trends, competitive landscape, consumer pricing and insights to the business. You'll support Corporate Development with data identification, analysis and insight to inform possible brand and business acquisitions and divestments. You'll support commercial teams in the setting of meaningful and actionable metrics e.g. market share targets

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a solid understanding of Data sources, data organisation and storage. You will have excellent communication skills and be a highly organised individual. An advanced understanding of Excel is required for the role and attention to detail is a must. You will have at least 3-5 years' experience in retail data management at a well-known market research/data company e.g. AC Nielsen, IQVIA or IRI. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant subject and be highly competent in data manipulation software such as Microsoft Excel. Experience in line management is a bonus. You'll be able to work under pressure to achieve results. You'll ask incisive questions; and be able to identify the salient points when presented with a complex set of factors. Balancing short- and long-term objectives is required and you'll need a strong business sense with a bias to action

You'll have good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate cultural awareness and will have an ability to interact credibly and professionally with key business stakeholders e.g. with internal brand/business leads. You are highly numerate with first class analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ideally you'll have experience in Systems engineering, know how to integrate data and make the data usable and presentable to a wide audience of business users. You will continually looks for improvements and new ideas for the business

What you'll get in return

Dependent on experience you will receive a salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 along with a 15% corporate bonus. You will receive 25 days holiday, private healthcare cover and a pension contribution of 10% from your employer.
