About The Role
Manage marketing and communications programmes to deliver against business objectives for TPXimpact projects. You will work closely with team members in the campaign team and across the wider marketing team to ensure activities are delivered to a consistently high standard.
You will lead the relationship management and campaign planning for the Local Government market sector. The role requires you to be competent in a broad range of marketing functions, most specifically digital marketing channels, and to be flexible to meet the changing demands of the business.
You may be required to take a lead responsibility for activities relating to cross-team projects such as website, newsletters, reporting/analytics or Social Media Management,
Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments in collaboration with the Managing Partner and Partners
Lead the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Working in partnership with the brand team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications; including online/web, email, social media, events
Create and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, and documenting business processes.
Gather customer and market insights to inform marketing strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programmes, strategies, and budgets
Stay up to date with trends in the industries and technologies we work in so that you can contribute to targeted marketing and thought leadership ideas
Experience & skills (essential)
Five years experience in a professional marketing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Proficiency with digital marketing and social media strategy
Experience & skills (nice to have)
Professional marketing qualifications
Experience of the public sector, particularly in local government
Experience using collaborative tools such as Trello, Miro and Mural, and Google suite products e.g. docs, sheets, slides, analytics
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Basic level of design experience e.g. Photoshop, Figma, Canva
Understanding of paid spend campaigns in support of wider campaigns e.g. Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads
Experience of working with a CMS i.e. Umbraco, Craft, WordPress
