Senior student Recruitment officer - Perm Vacancy, £48,000, Hybrid working available. A private university in the United Kingdom, providing law degrees, specialist legal training and continuing professional development courses for British barristers and solicitors is looking to hire! They are looking for a senior student recruitment officer who will work with the manager to deliver increased student numbers for PG programmes.
Main responsibilities Include:
* Event programme and initiatives- the planning, organisation and execution of an events/ initiatives programme aimed at attracting new and current students to each of our PG campus location
* Lead Generation- generating leads to achieve student recruitment targets
* Conversion- development and delivery of activates accounts within Law firms and business nationally
* Develop, own and deliver a masters postgraduate student recruitment plan
* Analyse and produce monthly reports on event metrics and feedback
The successful candidate must have:
* 3+ years' experience working in student recruitment
* Working in higher education is desirable
* Understanding of the UK education system
* Working to tight deadlines
* Proactive and Personable with excellent communication skills
* Meeting demanding KPIs and working in a target driven environment
* Managing stakeholder relationships
