Your new company
This is an exciting new opportunity to work for a Not for Profit organisation to provide strategic direction and leadership on all internal and external communications, brand, reputation and external engagement.
Your new role
Raising the profile and reputation of the organisation you will help to build strategic relationships, and influence across a wide range of partners, government and the media. Leading and developing the Communications team with a focus on excellence, efficiency, integrity and quality. As a member of the leadership team you will provide cross organisational leadership in the development and delivery of the corporate strategic framework.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree level educated in a relevant qualification and with experience at senior management level you will have experience of designing and delivering a communications strategy that enhances organisational identity and having previously led on digital transformation projects. You will have strong stakeholder mapping and engagement skills, being able to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and partners. You will be proactive with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
What you'll get in return
Annual salary of £48,195. 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays and increasing with time served).
