Your new role
In your new role as the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for brand marketing strategy & development activities. This includes a brand refresh that the firm are currently under-going, involving global project management with stakeholders, target audience research & ensuring brand consistency is concise across the firm. You will also be a 'brand guardian' working with digital teams & agencies to ensure brand guidelines are adhered too. You will also be involved with brand strategy development, looking into brand values & considering ways to improve the brands with data driven decisions. You will be involved in a global website project that is currently underway & providing guidance/ support on all things brand related.
The split of the role will be 50% project management/ stakeholder management, 30% brand strategy & 20% creative development/ execution.
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years of experience within a similar brand marketing role
* Strong project management & stakeholder management skills used across brand projects, experience with a brand refresh would be a bonus.
* Data driven with brand decisions
* Experience managing agencies
