Description

 

As the field marketing executive, you are responsible for demand marketing and interested in joining our growing team. In this role, you will create and manage B2B lead generation campaigns to drive high quality leads for our sales team. You’ll own the strategy, planning and execution of content and messaging to the right audience at the right time. We want someone with a strong sense of ownership that expects to be hands-on from start to finish. What you’ll be doing:

 

  • You will develop integrated demand programs, mapping audience-centric themes and writing content to target audiences to achieve pipeline creation and revenue goals for specific customer segments.
  • Work closely with the UK sales and customer success teams and forge strong communication and relationships to drive success.
  • You will create email campaigns, webinars, digital assets, case studies and take responsibility for all lead generation activities to support your sectors. Then repurposing these campaigns to provide upsell/cross sell opportunities for existing customers.
  • You will continuously measure and manage your campaigns and adjust your campaign effectiveness

What you need to bring to EG:

 

  • A ‘can-do’ attitude, resilience, and passion for delivering marketing excellence
  • A curious and genuine interest in technology and marketing
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in English, Marketing or Business or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of B2B Marketing including examples of campaign work and marketing assets that you have created
  • Understanding of how to manage and optimise the lead handoff from marketing to sales
  • Understanding of A/B testing, inbound and outbound marketing tactics
  • Understanding of how to work closely with sales and customer success team members, solicit feedback and ensure the quality of leads

Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce  (or similar)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and creative skills
