Strategic Planning Lead

Your new company
Your new company is a retail & commercial bank based in the United Kingdom. They have huge presence across the company. They are looking for a team lead to run the strategic planning across different areas in the business. This is a full time, permanent position.

Your new role
In your new role as Strategic Planning Lead, you will be responsible for:

* Leading the strategic planning across the different areas in the business
* Implementing strategic planning & thinking across different content & campaigns
* Act as a brand guardian for all content, as well as create new content
* Driving new content, from a methodologic approach
* Direct management of a large team
* Working closely with other members of the team & liaising with agencies

What you need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role as Strategic Planning Lead, you will need to have:

* 10 years + experience in a similar position within Financial Services, or agency
* Experience managing agencies
* Experience managing planning & strategy for all in-coming briefs
* Very strong stakeholder management
* Strong communication skills (internal & external)
* Line management experience
