Are you a passionate and experienced Account Manager with the desire to grow and have an impact within an exciting full-service marketing and branding agency?  

We are… A B2B, full-service marketing agency working within the insurance and financial services space, from start-ups to multinational market leaders. We have a top-to-bottom mix of strategic, creative, digital and PR experts and offer our clients the very best ideas and campaigns.  

As a full-service agency, we are capable of handling all marketing and promotional aspects of a business, and there are not many challenges we shy away from! From brand development, design and activation, to PR, exhibitions, social media, website development and digital marketing. Our Account Management team works across all agency departments. 


You will be… A skilled and experienced Account Manager, who is passionate about delivering the very best for your clients. With proficiency in project management, confidence in face to face communication and the experience of driving marketing and communication strategies. 

You’ll be savvy in digital marketing and have an understanding of the other services our agency offers. You are proactive and enthusiastic about seeking knowledge where it lacks and keeping up to date with marketing trends.  

You plan and lead multiple projects autonomously, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to resolve issues and deliver on time and in scope. 

You have previously worked as part of a team, have digital comms experience within the B2B market and can offer sound strategic input on creative and other works.  


What you’ll be doing 

You will work on and manage a number of projects and clients under the guidance and support of an Account Director. 

To be successful in the role you should be competent and able to:   

  • Manage and coordinate the day to day running of multiple retained accounts and standalone projects as the first point of contact.  
  • Meeting clients to discuss their business objectives and project requirements and interpret into project plans and production briefs. 
  • Proactively develop and deliver ideas and marketing strategies to support your clients business objectives. 
  • Plan and manage digital projects such as website development, content marketing, email and social media campaigns in collaboration with agency department leads. 
  • Plan, cost and manage smaller stand-alone projects in coordination with external suppliers.  
  • Control project time plans, budgets, as well as the client! While coordinating and motivating your teams and suppliers with a positive solutions based attitude to meet deadlines.   
  • Multitask with a clear head and approach challenges with a thoughtful mindset. 
  • Be of a character that is empathetic and trustworthy and can maintain and grow senior-level client relationships. 
  • A keen interest in new marketing trends and desire to champion new processes within the agency. 



What we are looking for… 

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced at working with B2B clients within an agency environment or delivering on work requirements and deadlines from external clients. 
  • Experience in a financial services environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience in digital marketing (print media is also advantageous), excellent communication skills and self motivation.  
  • Able to work at all levels and influence and manage those outside the immediate team.  
  • An ability to identify opportunities and develop new propositions for clients.  
  • Be proactive and enthusiastic while also adaptable and dependable and looking to grow within the agency. 

What you’ll get… 

Full time, permanent employment following 3 months probation

To be part of our 30+ dynamic and friendly team, based near Liverpool Street in central London. Temporarily working remotely due to pandemic but usually a flexible, 3 days in the office week.
