A Warrington-based organisation are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their commercial team to lead the strategic and tactical marketing activity.
Your new role
As the Marketing Manager you will create strategies and develop a marketing plan that compliments business objectives. You will gain market and customer insight through performance-related analytics and will conduct research into how those analytics will be used to drive sales campaigns. Collaborating with the sales teams to drive and deliver effective marketing initiatives will be an element of your new role, as well as proposing opportunities for future business growth within the organisation.
You will evaluate and report on ROI and manage the marketing budget by influencing the team to prioritise sales proposals. This role also has a customer focal point where you will implement customer segmentation approaches to encourage and improve growth throughout the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be educated to degree level or have equivalent qualifications within marketing or a business-related subject. You must also have 6 years' marketing experience and be fully confident in preparing and delivering marketing and campaign activity plans. Evidence of multi-channel marketing is also essential, for example SEO, PPC, PR, social media etc. The ideal candidate will also have experience of working within B2B environments, however this is desired.
