Your new role
This role will take direct ownership of the companies Learning and Development content, using the bespoke LMS software to undertake most tasks. The main accountabilities include:

* Design and create digital assets, including newsfeeds, podcasts, e:learning, guides, video's and navigation pages
* Continually propose new topics to feature on learning hub that support business objectives and drive employee engagement
* Establish and manage a schedule of planned articles for internal and external marketing campaigns
* Assist in the writing of creative, on-brand pieces including market information, social media, targeted email campaigns, editorials, supplier communications
* Support Service Centres in posting their own articles by interpreting and stylising their content
* Organise meetings, create agenda's and manage project plans. Advise on options for formats that will best suit the learning material being created
* Provide administrative support for marketing expenditure, subscriptions and memberships, measuring usage and benefits
