Your new company
A retailer based in Lancashire are looking for a CRM Specialist to join the team.
Your new role
You will support the integration and enablement of several systems within a CRM platform. This new platform will support the wider CRM team in their ongoing mission to deliver a personal customer experience across all customer touchpoints. As CRM Specialist you will support this goal by ensuring the new technologies are smoothly implemented and optimised.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have project management skills and previous experience managing CRM automation journeys and ideally new CRM implementation.
