Your new company
You will be working for a large national tourism agency and accredited non-departmental public body. This is a great opportunity to join an organisational responsible for promoting Britain as THE tourist destination and to be a part of a team developing Britain's visitor economy. The end goal is to increase visitor spend to all parts of Britain, and improve international perspective of Britain as a whole!
Your new role
In your new role, you will be a part of the global Digital Marketing team, and will have a key focus in refining and improving our customer marketing and content strategies by working with key departments to provide proactive digital insights, running optimisation and test and learn activity, and project managing work-streams with the external SEO agency
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have significant experience in managing B2C digital optimisation activity, have a proven track record of leading the growth of organic traffic for consumer websites through digital optimisation techniques and have great experience of digital marketing analytics (metrics, KPI's, channels, tools and handling data sets).
Alongside this, you will need advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (or equiv), excellent presentation of complex data sets making these digestible and offering recommendations for non-technical audiences and experience of generating web/editorial content analytics and performance reporting.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get a salary of up to £40,000 per annum depending on your experience, 25 days annual leave, a hybrid working policy involving 2 days in the office (this can be flexible) and the opportunity to join this outstanding organisation!
