Calling all ambitious marketing professionals! We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Brand Manager to join the team for a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover), with the potential for a longer term contract. ​

​USN UK is a leading global sports nutrition brand, operating successfully in over 70 countries worldwide, with the UK being a critical market in delivering the global growth ambitions.​

They are at the heart of how we do business, and our new Brand Manager will drive exceptional performance through our values in line with our strategic goals. ​

​We are looking for a results-driven Brand Manager who has a credible track record of delivering portfolio growth and strategy execution​ throughout ​their marketing career.​ This Brand Manager will oversee a vital portfolio of USN brands that delivers 50% of the total sales generated by the business. In addition to driving brand strategy execution, they will also foster rand manage strong relationships with some of USN UK’s largest retailer partners. ​

​Key areas of responsibility are:​

  • ​Brand & portfolio management.
  • Strategy & communication development​
  • Strategic initiative execution aligned to broader strategy ​
  • Shopper activation &​customer​management ​
  • Supporting product development & Go To Market ​
  • Supporting product design​&​artwork development
  • Performance tracking & competitor intelligence

​A minimum five years’ experience is required along with experience of brand planning, strategic and competitor analysis, budgetary control and project management.  ​

​You will have the ability to develop strategic thinking, whilst being equally adept at executing in the near-term.  Managing and influencing stakeholders throughout the business, to ensure marketing strategy is understand and executed properly is essential along with developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues. ​

​You will need to be a pro-active self-starter who is both curious and hungry to learn & develop within an entrepreneurial environment. You will be a positive, results focussed individual with strong accountability for self and others. You’ll be a team player who seeks to work with and share with others to improve the business.  ​
