A dynamic and fast-paced organisation that specialises in working with the most exciting and progressive automotive brands and manufacturers. They are going through an incredibly exciting time, working with some fantastic clients like Porsche, Stellantis, BMW and many more.

They are looking to broaden their team with ambitious individuals to join the already entrepreneurial team. This organisation values creativity, curiosity and unity is looking for a Marketing Administrator to support their Stellantis team in Bournemouth.

Your new role
As a Marketing Administrator, your responsibilities include:

* Reporting into the team Account Managers the key parts to this role are as follows:
* The total management of the customer service helpline, and inboxes and ensuring that all requests are acknowledged and actioned immediately as well as being captured on logs.
* To support the Account manager in Campaign management across the Account and in time run their own projects.
* Reviewing and proof reading work.
* Management of our digital portals in terms of uploading assets, reporting and setting up new customers.
* Fulfilment of prizes and redemptions of the rewards scheme support the overall Account team in administrative tasks such as setting up job numbers and job bags, proof reading and general matters

What you'll need to succeed
All the necessary training will be given on the systems needed to fulfil these tasks but there are some upfront skills that will be required:

* Good problem-solving skills - being able to spot issues and talk to the relevant people to solve them.
* Good writing and communication skills - Being able to respond to a query and clearly articulate the problem and solution both within the agency and with the client.
* Intermediate/Competent Excel skills - Being able to track and interpret multiple lines of information and compile that information into an easy to use format
* Time and project management - Being able to juggle a number of contacts and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing the most urgent and keeping track of what needs to be done that day, ensuring that things are checked off
* Attention to detail and accuracy- Making sure that what you do has been checked thoroughly and it's correct before passing it on.
