Your new role
This job is for someone to sit in the Marketing team as an Ecommerce Executive ultimately looking at how they make money online, looking at transferring customers over to the portal to be more efficient, dealing with enquiries and ensuring they are picked up by the relevant person, looking at lines that have dipped in sales and why, looking at competitors pricing, looking at new channel opportunities, market intel, what other products to put online and what order, assessing website and lines performance, ensuring all products have prices and images and working closely with the Web Developer.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be someone who has a good understanding of how Ecommerce channels work, be someone who is inquisitive, interested in digital marketing, has excellent customer service and communication skills, good business acumen and willing to learn and develop. You will also need to live within commutable distance of Kings Lynn as whilst this is hybrid you will need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
