Your new company
I am excited to be working in partnership with a Pharmaceutical organisation who are looking to appoint a Brand manager to lead the implementation of the XF team. It will be an initial 6 months contract likely to be extended, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, hybrid working is considered. You will be working in the office 2/3 days in Luton and 1 day in London St Pancras.
Your new role
As a brand manager you will lead external strategy and commercial interaction with key customer groups. Activities will include working with internal stakeholders, leading strategic planning for patient access, this being value story or proposition to communicate accordingly for the nominated brand. Further responsibilities include delivery of sales and customer value. You are accountable for all marketing team deliverables for example, developing the brand plan tactical execution and activation. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have pharmaceutical commercial experience with a strong performance track record. You will have strong marketing leadership with track record of growing market share as well as preparing and launching new products and brands. You will have great knowledge of creative marketing with commercial business sense.
