Digital Marketing Executive
Reading - Hybrid working (2 days in office)

A leading B2B & B2C organisation based in Reading

Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their marketing career by joining a commercial digital marketing function focused on lead generation, customer acquisition and sales conversion.


* Manage end-to-end campaign management using a multi-channel, integrated approach
* Day-to-day digital media agency management encompassing all Digital Marketing plans & activities including understanding and monitoring our SEO, PPC and UX test & learn programmes
* Work closely with marketing agencies and brand partners to ensure our activity delivers against key business objectives and is approved and executed within brand guidelines
* Maximise use of available digital marketing channels using the available data & analytics to achieve core business KPIs and identify trends and opportunities for optimisation
* Contribute to the formation and achievement of overall digital marketing strategy, providing research and data insights to support growth of this key channel
* Monitor and report on large digital marketing budgets, understanding the contribution the available digital channels make towards core business KPIs
* Content management of all brand websites including but not exclusive to:

* Creating and updating of copy, banner artwork
* Create landing pages for campaigns, offers and event management
* Search engine optimisation and reporting

Personal profile

* Experience working in full mix marketing role with particular focus on lead generation campaigns
* Ability to self-motivate and seek out challenges and areas of improvement
* Appetite for learning to understand and create best in class user journeys and digital propositions
* Able to understand and work with analytics to streamline, preferably Google Analytics
* Good at multi-tasking and managing expectations at varying stages of delivery with excellent time management
* Good communication and presentation skills and an appetite to expanding this to a formal audience over time
* Experience of working with Content Management System(s)
* Experience or familiarity with paid media channels
* Working understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms
