I am proud to be working in partnership with award-winning healthcare hub who are looking to appoint a Communications Project Officer to join their team. It will be 6-9 months and you will be required to work Monday to Friday. The role is to support the Communication Manager with delivering external communications services for the Hub and their partnership working arrangements.
Your new role
As a Communications Project Officer you will research, write, edit, proof-read and publish informative and interesting materials to promote opportunities to customers. You will proactively communicate with departmental leads and project managers to collate the content required for the timely production of materials, this include: newsletters, case studies and marketing sheets. Further responsibilities will include: monitoring content on the website, document branding, creating professional templates, video content creation (desirable) and publish approved information according to the hub strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience in writing, editing and proof-reading documents. You will have substantial experience of working within communications with a track record of managing communications projects that deliver results. You will have previous experience in project management. You will have strong skills in ability to manage and prioritise own workload. You will ensure attention to detail and a consistent approach to delivering a high standard.
