An exciting, growing business in the South West is searching for a new Purchasing Manager.
Your new role
* To provide a positive proactive and professional purchasing function to the business as a whole to ensure Wadworth procures all items required to run the business at best overall value.
* Work with the management team to build a purchasing strategy
* Identify a range of potential suppliers
* Manage supplier relations
* Keep and manage up-to-sate contracts database
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role will be the key to your success
* Good knowledge and experience in the drinks industry
* Ability to be flexible working in different directions of Procurement
* A highly motivated person, with lots of drive and enthusiasm who will thrive on challenge and change and work well under pressure. Operationally strong and a 'doer' happy to work in a small team
* Will demand high standards, obsessed with detail and accuracy, and delivering excellent service to the business, the individual will have the ability to successfully manage a diverse range of tasks.
