Profile of Role 

Infinity is looking for a passionate and experienced Inbound Marketing Manager to drive demand generation through owning and optimising campaigns, with a key focus on automation. This role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and will work closely with the sales, sales development, customer success and product teams. 

The role is an essential part of the marketing function with an emphasis on owning, executing and optimising campaigns through Infinity’s channels, and directly contributing to the overall growth of the business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful automated campaigns using Hubspot, has a strong eye for data and analytics trends, identifies new opportunities for growth and is driven to hit targets.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

● At least 3 years’ campaign automation experience in an integrated marketing role
● Proven Hubspot experience essential
● Experience in Salesforce and Google Analytics
● Strong data and analysis skills
● Ability to work autonomously
● Results driven and ability to report on key marketing metrics to various stakeholders
● Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills – both written and verbal
● Proficient with Microsoft Office
● Experience of working within Technology or SaaS businesses advantageous

● Practice of maintaining GDPR guidelines and the impact on marketing/business

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, deliver and test successful email campaigns as outlined in the agreed
Infinity plan
● Build, test and refine HubSpot landing pages to deliver above-average conversion rates
● Monitor lead progress and manage automated nurturing campaigns
● Become Infinity’s HubSpot super user by continually learning and developing the
platform to deliver key ROI targets
● Manage data and segmentation processes through Salesforce and HubSpot
● Collaborate with team members working in content, creative, sales development and
sales to deliver business objectives
● Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas to reach key infinity
● Analyse data to identify areas of opportunity and implement an action plan for growth
● Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable
advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key
performance indicators and metrics
