How you will help us grow…. 

Working with the Oystercatchers Managing Partner to plan and implement a marcomms plan that enhances Oystercatchers brand exposure and builds fame utilising owned and earned media and ensure Oystercatchers website is an effective shop window for Oystercatchers services- making us easy to find, easy to buy. You will also maintain a strong social media presence for Oystercatchers.

Part of the role requires you to assess, monitor and improve marketing efficiency by conducting regular analysis of marketing KPI’s, reporting on campaign results, and make recommendations for improvement for future campaigns

Event marketing

Create and implement marcomms plan for Oystercatchers Events , working in partnership with the Club manager to market and acquire delegates to Oystercatchers invite-only events including:

  • Senior brand side marketers utilising the Oystercatchers database and keeping it up to date
  • Senior agency Club members to Oystercatchers Club events supporting the Club manager in their delegate acquisition of contacts
  • Operate as the Oystercatchers brand manager within Xeim. Ensuring Oystercatchers is leveraging all opportunities for cross promotion and contributing to delegate acquisition and sponsorship opportunities within the wider Xeim network events ( e.g FoM)

Lead generation:

  • Develop and refine the sales funnel across owned and earned channels
  • Utilise the Xeim network to generate Client leads for Oystercatchers services
  • Manage and develop databases, in partnership with the Club  Manager and wider Xeim network for all audience marketing activity ensuring data is collected to best practice guidelines, guaranteeing the integrity of the database in terms of data quality, data protection compliance, and auditing requirements

Platform/Club members:

  • Support Agency Club members in maximising their use of the Club platform and implement marketing promotion for Club members
  • Support Club Manager with analytics ahead of impending renewals
