The Campaign Marketing Manager Role:

We are growing supersonically and further disrupting the cloud technology industry.

To help drive our growth and this mission, we are looking for our very first UK Field Marketing Manager to own the UK Events programme.

You’ll be someone who enjoys delivering exceptional and memorable virtual and in-person events, with an eye for detail and an appetite to “own” event experience across the UK.

Your day to day in this role includes:

+ Seamless execution of the UK channel calendar of events – with a goal to grow company event activity by 50% from last year
+ Coordinating all backend logistics, travel plans, event materials, documentation & swag.
+ Collaborating with your colleagues in Denver, USA, Bristol and Farnborough to refine event ideas and tactics to support engagement and ultimately impact company growth
+ Working with our amazing marketing leaders and enthusiastic sales team to win interest from prospects
+ Delivering superior experiences and gaining evaluations from our attendees, making the process of signs up faster to achieve growth

With more than 30 events planned, and another 30 anticipated – you'll have real autonomy and be at the heart of building engagement activities which boost the brand and make a name for yourself using your passion and creativity for event experience management.
Requirements

?You'll be ideal for us if you:

+ Have at least three (3) years of event/ program management experience, in a software or technology based industry
+ Are experienced in running Virtual events, webinars or in-person conference and exhibitions planning
+ Thrive in the buzz and pressure of event coordination, and bring unflappable behind-the-scenes orchestration skills.
+ Like to bring ideas and creativity to the event planning process
+ Love tracking the results of your events by analysing activity and results using great reporting tools
+ Are always one step ahead of game, anticipate likely roadblocks and have a knack for making the right moves to avoid them

+ Base Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum
