This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as Head of Creative, covering maternity leave (we call this Early Moment leave). The mission of the Creative Team is to collaboratively plan, produce and deliver creative content across editorial, design, video and photography that results in greater income, influence and the growth of the UNICEF brand in the UK.
As Head of Creative, you will lead an in-house team delivering a content strategy to produce best in class creative to meet the needs of the organisation. You will be responsible for all aspects of team management, including motivating and inspiring a talented team to deliver a high standard of work, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
To succeed, you will have experience of:
- leading a creative team, including providing strategic direction and vision,
- team management, including annual planning, setting objectives and clear expectations, managing performance, and supporting and motivating a team and individuals to deliver to the highest standards,
- leading cross-organisational strategies to drive results,
- managing creative agencies,
- managing brand guidelines, and ensuring rollout across an organisation.

We are normally based on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London but while our office is closed, this role will work from home or from wherever makes you happy. We are expecting to move to a hybrid approach (part home/part office based) when our office reopens.
