Your new role
* Accountable for creating in-depth insight and knowledge research reports across all relevant aspects of a target customer to inform the marketing, bid and sales process.
* Accountable for researching and nurturing nominated target customer accounts and their key stakeholders using the generated knowledge of the customer's needs, wants and problems to promote solutions and key differentiators using marketing tools and techniques to successfully create revenue generating opportunities.
* Accountable for tracking target accounts and stakeholders to ensure our company is invited to tender.
* Accountable for ensuring all Marketing generated data is managed legally and appropriately.
* Accountable for tracking and monitoring sector, industry, and competitor news to generate opportunities and ensure our company is able to adapt and flex service offers to companies as markets change.
* Responsible for contributing to the development & implementation of an appropriate account-based marketing strategy for the UK, measuring performance and identifying areas of development with associated project management and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified at degree level either in; Business, analytics or marketing
* Ideally CIM or working towards
* Extensive experience of market, company, competitor, and stakeholder research to contribute to a strategic account-based approach, with a high level of analytical skills.
* Experienced report writer who must be able to present own research findings, develop recommendations and go to market with a customer targeting approach.
* Understanding of the marketing, sales/business development and tendering process in order to develop proactive strategies for the needs of the role.
