Your Next Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing social media channels and communities for our clients, sourcing and securing influencers through to paid management and reporting. Joining our Social team, you will be always looking for opportunities to improve quality and performance and showcase true value for clients and the agency. Snapchat, YouTube and Pinterest have no secrets for you – and of course you know Facebook, Instagram and Twitter inside out. We are looking for a well-organised candidate with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

Specialist Skillset:

+ Minimum 2 years of experience
+ Proven experience managing social accounts – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
+ Proven experience with community management, audience engagement and customer service, including software e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr
+ Ability to develop client-facing content calendars, campaign plans and reports
+ Excellent written and communication skills, social copywriting
+ Ability and confidence in implementing, managing and optimising Paid Social campaigns; knowledge and experience in implementing PPC activity including YouTube is a plus
+ Experience in developing and following media plans and being able to provide supporting rationale
+ Reporting and analytics (platform insights and software e.g. Sprout Social as well as Ads Managers); Google Analytics
+ Social listening and monitoring
+ Understanding of influencer marketing, experience sourcing /activating influencers
+ Previous experience of a fast-paced environment / agency
+ Best practice is at the heart of everything you do

+ Experience with Luxury & Lifestyle brands, Automotive, 3rd sector

In your current role you might be: Managing social media channels, looking after community management, planning and scheduling social media content, activating paid social campaigns, working with influencers, juggling multiple clients and projects, client-facing.
