An organisation based in Liverpool are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join the team on a contract basis until mid March.
Your new role
Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager and working alongside your peers you will implement and lead the Customer Engagement Strategy ensuring that the 'voice of the customer' is heard. Supporting the organisations strategic objectives, and embracing new technology to develop and grow the capacity to engage with an increasing number of customers across the North West.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and support opportunities to maximise customer engagement and representation providing training and support where appropriate to build the skills and confidence required to become a positively engaged and influential customer. As Customer Engagement Specialist you will utilise new and innovative ways to increase customer engagement that provides valuable insight to support the strategic direction of the organisation and the services they provide.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have worked within a similar role, or have previously within a community/charity environment. You will have excellent communications skills, and ideally knowledge of the housing industry.
