Due to further growth and ongoing investment into the digital and e-commerce marketing channels, Nisbets are investing in their team and have created several strategically important roles within the already high performing team. This position, a Digital insight analyst is an interesting and vital role as part of the customer data & insight function that will aid the digital growth of the massively established company.
Your New Role
As a digital insight analyst you will help Nisbets understand how to drive more traffic and better conversion across varied websites that cover 8 territories worldwide. You will be part of the customer data and insight function where you will work very closely with other team members to understand customers behaviours. You will work with stakeholders within the company such as UX, PPC, Trading, content and marketing teams as they use your insight to create their plans. In this role you will be able to help shape the pillars of the company's digital strategy along with contributing to the digital first culture with your found insights. In this role you will build dashboards that help drive insight and help relevant teams with decision making whilst performing a deep-dive analyses to help resolve key issues.
What do you need to succeed
For this position you will need at least two years of experience as a Digital Analyst or working in a similar role where deep dive analysis has been performed. You will need excellent understanding of digital data and functionality along with previous experience with analytical tools and code such as SQL. You will need to have previous experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI along with skills in analytics tools such as GA, Adobe and acoustic.
