Your new role:

We have an exciting new opportunity within our existing Propositions team for an experienced product specialist to join us on a permanent basis. In many ways our Propositions team acts as the voice of the customer. Working from our Stratford-upon-Avon Head office, our talented people develop, enhance and manage product propositions to ensure that we're effectively identifying and meeting the needs of our target customers - and, in turn, that we're helping the company to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

Initially you will be working on our large digital transformation project, the main purpose of this role is to lead or contribute to the evaluation, design and development of the range of propositions offered by us. There are many exciting opportunities coming up within the Propositions team in 2021 and beyond around our Home, Bespoke and Lifestyle offerings such as strategic reviews, delivery of new services and changes for our customers, and testing new proposition ideas and the successful candidate will play a key part in this activity. In addition, the role will involve researching, analysing and monitoring the relevant product proposition to identify the competitive landscape and changing customer needs to help ensure our product remains relevant and competitive.

The successful candidate will also contribute to cross-organisation working groups to develop product plans based on market, proposition and segment analysis as well as develop, advise, guide and support colleagues from across the business to enhance their understanding of the relevant product propositions and how they should be positioned with customers and against the competition.

What you'll need to succeed:

The successful individual must have a proven background within proposition/product management and development with a strong understanding of the external market and customer needs in order to refine and develop our offerings.
