Your new role
In your new role you will be facing multi-faceted responsibilities including developing plans to establish brand awareness, craft strategies for all aspects of the marketing mix - digital, communications and creative. Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all channels, identify opportunities for growth and be able to analyse member behaviors to ensure engagement is kept high.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience with a charity, non-profit or membership organisation with an element of line management. You will also need great leadership skills, experience of running successful campaigns, good knowledge of analytics software as well as CRM and organisational skills that mean you are able to set and prioritise goals
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of between £55,000 and £65,000 dependent on experience as well as great benefits.
