Talent Attraction Campaign Manager
Remote with occasional travel to London & client sites.
We are looking for a Talent Attraction Campaign Manager to create successful marketing campaigns with the purpose of attracting top talent for one of the UKs leading digital network providers.

Working with the client and Carbon60s delivery function you will define and implement multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies for our client account, to support talent attraction and engagement across large volume or one-off bespoke hiring requirements, across may different specialisms.
Activities will include (but are not limited to):
· Research employer brands
· EVP analysis
· Targeting content creation and distribution
· Social recruiting
· Managing website content
· Programmatic display and job board advertising
You must have proven B2C marketing experience for talent attraction in recruitment and worked within a busy recruitment marketing team.
The role offers an attractive basic salary between £40,000-£45,000 pa.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK
