We are looking for an outstanding Senior Marketing Manager to join the Public Engagement directorate at the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK). This is a newly-formed directorate, and we are embarking on an exciting period of change to maximise the income, influence and impact we deliver for children.
As Senior Marketing Manager (Web Content and UX), you will play a leading role in one of our multi-disciplinary marketing teams, delivering exceptional website content and experiences. That might mean working on a groundbreaking campaign like VaccinAid, launching an appeal in response to the crisis in Afghanistan, or developing a new platform for our award-winning Paddington’s Postcards product.
To help achieve this, you will be well-versed in developing engaging and effective web content and experiences, ideally within agile working environments. You will understand supporter journeys, user experience and online content, and how these combine to create exceptional supporter-centric digital interactions.
You will also lead on strategy and capability development for Unicef UK’s web content and UX, challenging colleagues to think strategically from a supporter centric perspective about the most effective way to use digital platforms. This will all be grounded in your extensive experience of content management platforms and tools.

We are normally based on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London but while our office is closed, this role will work from home or from wherever makes you happy. We are expecting to move to a hybrid approach (part home/part office based) when our office reopens.
