Calling all Administrators!!!!
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Recruitment Administrator to be based with one of our clients in Nottingham City Centre. Our client is going through an extremely busy period and they have a high volume of roles that they need help recruiting for in the next upcoming weeks.
We are looking for candidates with a strong administration background. The main duties will be:
· Reviewing and posting job adverts
· Producing offers of employment
· Dealing with applications over the telephone
· Dealing with all relevant checks
· Assisting with key recruitment activities such as reviewing and posting job adverts, producing contracts/offers of employment and ensuring we have all of the necessary documentation for new starters
· Compliance checks
You must have a background in administration and be happy to liaise with clients and have good attention to detail and be able to work in a really fast paced. This is Monday to Friday with 37.5 hours a week on site a pay rate of £9.50ph. This role has an immediate start and will run for 12 weeks initially.
