Global Social & Multi Media Specialist - London City - Permanent - £38,000+bonus

A global and market Leading consultancy based in Central London who operate in over 20 different countries globally and are growing at a great rate. This business is actively recruiting for dynamic, forward thinking and innovative staff who want to make a difference to the world of work. You will be reporting into the Senior Content & Social Media Engagement Manager and working closely with the Global Content Specialist and local marketing teams.

Your new role

* You will play a key role in optimising the global and regional social media strategy to drive engagement with new and potential customers and build talent pools
* You will have ownership of the global social media publishing calendar, including scheduling and optimisation of content
* You will run global paid social media campaigns and performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with external agencies
* You will work closely with the senior content & social media engagement manager to drive the user
* generated content strategy
* You will create and share social media best practices, guidelines, case studies and frameworks
* You will brief external agencies to plan, create and schedule social assets for innovative and on brand global content campaigns in the form of videos, social graphics ads and banners
* You will be responsible for the analysis of global and social media performance aligned to the business objectives, refining strategy accordingly and inputting onto our global social media metrics framework
* You will manage the end-to-end co-ordination of our programme of global live streamed events, including sourcing and liaising with guests and panellists, driving promotional activity, running the technical set-up and expertly executing each event
* You will provide regional marketing teams with best practice and hands-on training to help drive local use of live streaming technology
* You will manage the end-to-end creation of our global podcast series', including sourcing guests, coordinating the recording and editing process, liaising with external agencies and producers and promoting episodes

What you'll need to succeed

* A passion for and understanding of social media, constantly keeping up to date with the latest developments and trends 3+ years of professional experience in social media (organic and paid)
* An ability to collaborate with team members across the world, as well as external stakeholders
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills A commitment to own learning and development
* Willingness to take on extra responsibility
* A consistently high level of personal professionalism
* A positive, motivated attitude
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient time management and prioritisation skills
* The inclination to assist other members of the team in their upskilling via sharing best practices
* Excellent communication skills A strong ability to organise both face-to-face meetings and conference calls
