Iress is continuing to hire for roles during Covid-19 with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

We're looking for two experienced Marketing Managers to join us as we continue to grow our Global Marketing team. We have one permanent role available and one 12 month FTC position. The roles are a combination of remote working and spending time with the team in our brand new, shiny Cheltenham office.

You'll play a key role in creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns within our Growth team, managing multiple projects and campaigns, as well as relationships with stakeholders, colleagues & suppliers. You’ll also be focused on supporting the business’ overall growth objectives by uplifting digital capability and expertise, as well as driving website traffic and digital lead management using channels such as search, social and display. This is an exciting opportunity for you to really make your mark and help us make a positive change in our marketing effectiveness through driving new ideas and concepts across all marketing activities.  

You'll use your experience of planning and producing compelling campaigns and content, across both traditional and online marketing channels to drive growth for the business. A strong working knowledge of HubSpot would be preferred.

With a background in B2B marketing within a commercial, corporate environment you’ll have experience in a variety of marketing activities including implementing events, online webinars, social media/digital content and a strong understanding of data analytics as you’ll be expected to monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns. 

You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to deliver multiple projects under pressure whilst continually striving for excellence.
