Job Title: Web Content Administrator
Salary: £20,000-£23,000 per annum
Job Type: Six months, fixed-term contract with potential for permanent position afterwards
City & Financial Global, a research-based commercial conference production company is looking to recruit a new member of staff to join the Marketing Team. After successful completion of the initial six months, fixed-term contract, there will be the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff in this expanding company.
We are looking for someone who lives locally (as the candidate will be required to work 2-3 days per week at the office, with the other days working from home). The candidate will need to have website content administration experience, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and have some graphic design skills. Basic knowledge of HTML and photo-editing software would also be useful and experience using a content management system would be considered an advantage. The candidate should be hardworking, organised and a team-player.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Creation and maintenance of individual event websites within our CMS (Cvent)
* Maintenance of company website (Word Press)
* Responsible for website inbox (where all updates are sent to)
* Designing and creating banners for each individual event website
* Creating promotional flyers (and other materials) for each event.
