We're now recruiting for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to our Head of Brand. We are looking for a creative social media expert to shake up our Côte social channels. Someone who can roll their sleeves up, is passionate about the role content plays in connecting brands to culture, and their audiences using innovation and creativity. Social Media Manager – in a nutshell;
As our Social Media Manager you will play an instrumental role in the evolution of Côte, as the brand is undergoing a huge piece of brand transformation, and social will be at the forefront of connecting Côte with a new guest base. As part of your role, you will work closely with the brand team to activate and elevate all national marketing campaigns as well as the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Digital & Insight to ensure all content is optimised and performing well to grow channel following, engagement and conversion.
You'll be responsible for creating and carefully curating all social content across all national channels, with content that can also translate across local channels to further connect the brand to its audiences. Alongside this, you will work closely with the wider Marketing team and be responsible for our brand tone of voice, BAU content and stand-out social campaigns.
You should apply if you are…
- A social expert who wants an exciting challenge
- Have minimum 5 years of social experience including strong capability of video and asset production and editing (e.g. Adobe photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Proficient in using social posting platforms e.g. Hootsuite
- Strong copy writing skills
- Obsessed with brands and the role that social plays in driving growth of a business
- A creative who is thorough in their approach with attention to detail
- Able to work at pace and accustomed to fast-moving environments
- Adept at juggling many priorities at once; keeping the business-as-usual plates spinning, as well as enthusiastically involved in wider brand projects
- Exceptionally organised to give yourself reactive freedom
