Your new company
My client is a leading business services organisation with worldwide operations in over 50 countries and a workforce of over 30,000 employees internationally. Despite their size, UK operations are a vibrant, family-feel team with a sizeable marketing department working closely together. The role will be based largely remotely with occasional/monthly travel to offices & work spaces in Surrey (when the pandemic permits).
Your new role
You will be responsible for informing site conversion improvements based on analysis & A/B testing. You will be a key part of a CX team (covering UX and CRO) and work across a number of projects with a primary focus on usability and A/B testing, collating and reporting on gathered insights, using a mixture of research methods and analysis to drive sales into the various business lines.
* Conduct primary and secondary research, primarily usability and A/B testing, with a view to improving customer experience and conversion rates
* Plan, design, and build hypothesis-based tests from initial conception through to launch
* Analyse multiple data sources (both quantitative and qualitative) to provide user-centric recommendations prioritised by value to the business
What you'll need to succeed
My client are open to applicants with different experience levels; ideally you will have a few years' experience in Marketing Data & Analytics, however for the right applicant we would consider graduates with the right aptitude. You must have some demonstrable capabilities working with data, good Excel skills, and ideally experience with Google Analytics or similar. Any experience with HTML/CSS or A/B testing is a definite advantage. If you have worked as a Web, Digital or CRO Analyst and are looking to gain a wider remit of responsibility or exposure, this could also be a good opportunity for you as the role is global and will cover international markets/websites.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £30000 + benefits package including above statutory holiday allowance and company Rewards scheme. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly from home, with travel to the Surrey offices as/when required (or requested by you). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a role with great remit internationally and therefore the chance to grow & expand your skills more in Analytics, or even UX.
