Growth Marketing Manager - up to £70,000 - Shoredich - Growing Startup Business

My client is looking for an ambitious, results-oriented marketeer to optimize our lead to conversion funnel and customer acquisition strategy for the business.The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Digital to create strategy, test plan and develop a roadmap for growth marketing.This role will also work closely with the Comms Design team to ideate, create, and optimise marketing assets. The ideal candidate will be someone who is exceptionally quantitative and capable of personally handling complex performance analyses, coupled with a creative flair and a strong track record in a growth marketing role at a D2C business.

Your new role

* Design, implement, and track growth initiatives for the business with an initial focus on customer acquisition - eventually expanding towards increasing customer retention and LTV.
* Manage digital advertising channels, including managing budget, setting priorities, managing execution and performance.
* Plan, define, and execute demand generation funnel Oversee rigorous creative testing and asset optimisation to maximize media spend
* Work closely with Communications Design team to devise, refine, and optimise on creative assets Analyse market, competition, and media landscape dynamics to scope potential new acquisition channels
* Closely monitor, track, and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.) Test audiences, propositions, landing pages, and creatives Contribute analytical

What you'll need to succeed

* 5+ years demonstrable expertise in growth and performance marketing across all channels
* Strong project/program management skills and attention to detail Demonstrated track record of leveraging data to make informed, impactful decisions.
* Experience commercializing a high consideration product or service and building journeys accordingly
* Practical hands-on experience in building, analysing and optimising Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
* A strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy, and dedication to great consumer experiences Ability to multitask and work to deadlines Flawless written and spoken English A passion for music and technology
