As our Platform Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person to resolve technical issues with Sitecore - the CMS platform for www.sage.com. Our resident CMS expert, you’ll also be the one to train others – both at Sage and externally – on the platform, creating plain-spoken user guides and generally raising knowledge levels on all things CMS through the business. You’ll prioritise your workload to make sure we’re always resolving issues in a way that’s best for the customer and business, all the while keeping others informed with your progress. But for you, it doesn’t end there. Because you’re all about finding the root cause of issues and solving problems for good - and you’ve got the experience to do it. •Manage and maintain the pattern library for sage.com content management system, Sitecore
•Provide training on the platform to internal and external groups and develop up-to-date training materials
•Create clear and concise user guidance documents
•Develop and communicate compelling analyses and recommendations based on user feedback
•To take ownership for technical support, answer technical questions and provide regular feedback
•Take a proactive approach to root cause analysis of issues working with other team members to eliminate reoccurrences
•Communicate the potential impact of product changes to internal stakeholders
