Your new role The Marketing Manager role has been newly created to drive and support their global marketing and communication, primarily focused within the Adjusting and Technical Services business area. You will work closely with the UK and Ireland delivery of high quality, tailored services and solutions to our clients is backed by our core values of supportive environment, excellence in people, partnership with clients, high quality work, entrepreneurship and an appetite for change. The responsibilities fall in areas of campaign development, PR and digital marketing which map directly to four of the Group's strategic priorities for H2 2020 and beyond: The Job Holder will play an important role in influencing our marketing approach and delivery across multiple services and regions around the world working closely with key stakeholders across the business. Contribute to the development of the overall UK and Ireland marketing strategy

* Campaign development - Plan, manage, execute offline and online marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth of different service lines and report on performance and leanings. Work closely with regional offices to tailor group marketing plans to local areas including support with website development, digital marketing and media relations.

* Work with business development team to align marketing activity to client/markets through account-based marketing programme.

* Relationship management - enhance communications across business units, work closely with internal stakeholders across global regions and external agencies to achieve business growth.

* Manage internal and external communications, working closely with global PR agencies to raise brand profile.

* Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels ensuring high quality, value-for-money results, in line with deadlines and brand guidelines.

* Work on specific client marketing opportunities and proposals, and on priorities identified as part of the global marketing strategy.


What you'll need to succeed Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience Degree or equivalent qualification/experience Substantial experience of marketing management within the professional/ financial services sector Strong experience of B2B digital campaigns Commercial understanding and strong analytical skills strategic thinking Personable and approachable with an ability to influence and drive future business A strong team player with a positive attitude who is committed, collaborative and adaptable with a passion for excellence.
