Your new company
One of the largest Royal College's based in London. The organisation is currently going through their election season and are looking for someone to join their projects team during this busy period.

Your new role
As Assistant Member Engagement and Project Officer, you will be working with Engagement and Project Officer on running the election season, a lot of you work will include liaising with candidates, verifying eligibility, posting candidate profiles on the web and working with both internal and external stakeholders on why each candidate is standing in the election along side their career history. The organisation has over 450,000 different members and you will be leading on the day to day communications side of things giving the members a holistic timeline of election events through scheduled email marketing/communications campaigns through DotDigital. You will also be curating website content in the lead up to the elections as well as some event's logistics.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience of delivering an excellent customer service and engagement
* Experience of working in a team and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Experience of communications or marketing or events projects
* Experience of using social media, web-based CMS, bulk emails systems, website content management systems and updating websites (Desirable)
* Good writing skills, with the ability to think creatively while conveying information succinctly
* Ability to understand the communication needs of a range of different target audiences
* Ability to build strong working relationships and networks with individuals at all levels within the organisation
* Ability to undertake detailed planning of projects to ensure they meet their objectives
* Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks in order to deal with competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail
