The Position:

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join our Market Strategy Team. This might be the role for you, if you:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the TST commercial engine (40%)

  • Manage TST’s CRM, ensuring that all deal and contact details are giving the most accurate picture at any given time
  • Iterate, improve and build commercial processes, partnering with Operations and Solutions to ensure maximum quality and efficiency
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing in converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads, through analysis and informed recommendations
  • Hold the Commercial Team to account, ensuring that process is being followed and data is accurate
  • Champion TST’s commercial strategy, always keeping one eye on the long-term objectives of the business, whilst measuring performance against key metrics
  • Curate and create ready-to-use commercial materials, e.g., proposal templates and project plans

Business development (60%)

  • Support in writing high-quality, market-leading proposals, including:
  • RFP responses
  • Copywriting
  • Process management
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound client queries, qualifying potential leads to handover to the Client Ambassador
  • Conduct market and client base research and analysis – tracking trends and recommending areas of opportunity for new business or prospective leads for TST
  • Conduct proactive client outreach
  • Adapt to, and embody, TST’s commercial style and values
  • Key Requirements:

    • 3+ years commercial experience, ideally in an agency, consulting or professional services environment
    • Interest in talent/learning & development professions
    • Experience working in a small commercial team
    • Management of a CRM system (preferably HubSpot)
