CRM Specialist -Southampton - Full time or part time hours considered

Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team, you will take full responsibility for the data management strategy, delivery, and analysis of CRM campaigns sent to millions of customers globally. A passion for data is an absolute must for this role as it is key to their strategy.

Duties include

* Leading the day-to-day operations and management of the CRM platform
* Work with Product Management to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics for Marketing
* Using marketing solutions to optimise performance and deliver multi-channel campaigns and better outcomes
* Being the central point of contact for CRM support and help with the enhancement of existing processes.
* Work with the team to manage changes, new features, and new ways of working
* Support the Head of Marketing Services in delivering reports and dashboards using CRM/D4M for stakeholders.
* Coordinate the maintenance and inputting of data by CRM users and ensure that an exceptional standard of data quality is maintained across the whole business.
* Demonstrate systems and system developments, understandably and engagingly, to drive compliance
* Work with the Marketing Team to manage and improve data capture strategies via the Web platform and CRM integration.
* Report on core CRM metrics that provide insight into data performance.
* Recommend and implement improvements where required.

Skills and Knowledge

* An experienced CRM Specialist with knowledge of Microsoft Azzure or similar
* Understanding of CRM applications and data principles, including automation, data structures, integrated systems, data importing, and logic
* Solution orientated with the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas
* Knowledge of data protection regulations and GDPR.
* Marketing related Degree or equivalent
* MS Dynamics and certifications in the application, Dynamics for Marketing knowledge/cert
