My client are a leading customer-centric Professional Services organisation operating worldwide in over 30 Countries. With a strong UK presence and heritage, we are recruiting the exciting opportunity of Head of Digital Marketing for the UKI business, based in Central London with hybrid/flexible working available.

Your new role
The Head of Digital is responsible for building, implementing and managing the digital marketing and automation strategy for the UKI business. The role requires a mix of forward-thinking capabilities to support the ongoing development and use of digital channels to drive the brand and positioning, and will cover all digital channels, platforms, tools and presences, including systems, apps, websites and digital products. A key focus will be to deliver an engaging customer-centric digital experience, that drives acquisition, engagement, conversion and grows customer loyalty. You will be responsible for managing the strategic operation and innovation of UKI websites, marketing automation programmes, digital products, loyalty programmes and services to support UK&I business growth.

You will bring a holistic vision, ensuring all channels and systems are integrated as is best for the customer experience, which will ultimately drive a high commercial performance. You will lead a harmonious digital ecosystem by leveraging the data integration tool "Tealium" and Marketing Automation tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud to connect and integrate all the digital channels, apps and systems together. Two of the most important areas of focus for this role are the ongoing development of success & lead generation of the UKI website (driving improvements based on user behaviour), and the development of personalised, segmented and triggered user journeys for retention via eCRM.

As a leadership role you will manage a large team, work at pace to deliver key projects, and work within the wider business and Marketing function to ensure the brand's future success.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for experienced Digital Marketers with a strength in eCRM & Web. You will understand the fundamentals of creating a succinct online customer experience, with the ability to manage/work closely with UX and Development teams. You will have strong experience in marketing automation, retention and lead generation programmes; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred, and any knowledge/use of CDP tools such as Tealium are an advantage.

Other criteria for success include:
* Knowledge in SEO and leveraging SEO to improve web products commercial performance. Skilled in Analytics and reporting e.g. SEO tools, Google Search Console and Premium Google Analytics
* A good understanding of web technology, such as Wordpress, HTML, CSS
* A good understanding of technology which enables you to be the conduit of IT and Marketing; such as IT development cycles, agile methodology, basic knowledge in server and domain management
* Strong communication skills
* Expert on UX best practice and A/B testing methodology. Experience in Optimizely, Hotjar is desirable

You will enjoy working under pressure and delivering in a fast-paced commercial environment, with strong leadership skills - and day-to-day team management experience is a must. You will also possess strong project management and Product development/management experience.
