A commercially minded, creative and e-commerce focused Marketing Lead is required to join a highly respected and growing SME based in Royston. In this standalone marketing role, you will play a pivotal part in the future growth of this innovative and specialist business. You will work very closely with the Managing Director, and you will plan and impliment the organisations e-commerce, online and PR strategies. Alongside this you will actively identify and recruit distributor channels across Europe, the USA and Australasia.

As a Marketing Lead, you will ultimately be responsible for:

* The planning and delivery the organisations e-commerce, online and PR strategies
* Delivery, development, and maintenance of a successful and engaging e-commerce website, with the ability to generate and identify new business leads
* Raising the businesses brand recognition across all online channels through the development and implementation on key online and PR strategies
* Monitoring and reporting on online performance including Google AdWords and Amazon Market place. Ensuring SEO and PPC strategies are delivering ROI.
* Monitoring and dealing with client enquiries and feedback via the e-commerce website
* Development and implementation of key digital strategies aimed at identifying new channel distributor leads
* Building relationship with new and existing distributors
* Creation and delivery of a monthly distributor newsletter

The ideal Marketing Lead candidate will need:

* A proven track record of success in a similar role including e-commerce
* Great understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce and Google analytics is desirable
* Experience of using and managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube/ Vimeo etc
* A good understanding and knowledge of SEO and how to create product listings to improve online visibility is desirable
* Some experience of business development
* Experience of working within the electronic engineering or computer engineering sectors would be beneficial but not essential
* Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications including strong content writing skills
* Experience of using Google AdWords and Amazon Market place

Working Monday to Friday, from 9 to 5, the offices Royston are easily accessible from the A1. The right candidate can expect to receive a salary up to £30,000 plus a quarterly bonus schemme and benefits package.
