- Loyalty Manager
Exciting new role with a fantastic retail chain, that are looking for an experienced CRM and Loyalty Manager to join their growing digital team. This role will focus on how to shape and deliver best in class loyalty initiatives, using digital as a driver and a smart use of data.
- Oversee the current loyalty programme
- Instrumental in implementing and launching a new and exciting loyalty proposition into the UK market
- Manage a direct report and work closely with cross functional team
- Manage all CRM communications relating to the loyalty schemes
- Lead on loyalty reporting and analytics
- CRM and loyalty experience
- Proven success in managing and leveraging a digital loyalty programme
- Ideally experience in launching a new loyalty programme
- Experience using a loyalty data platform, and agile testing
- Background in retail, hospitality, or leisure
